Our company is a partner of the well-known Kharkiv developer Zhilstroy 2, so it is not surprising that we have developed a website for them.
At the beginning of our work, we got acquainted in detail with the history and activities of the company, learned the portrait of a typical client of Zhilstroy 2. This helped us develop the most appropriate and reasonably thoughtful design, while giving equal attention to both UX and UI.
Since the company has a lot of residential complexes and individual houses, we decided that it was necessary to add filters so that users could search for apartments according to the specified parameters. As a result, you can choose a district, metro station, number of rooms, apartment area and cost per sq.m. and see the options immediately. But that’s not all. Having chosen a house, the user can also choose the section he likes (this is highlighted in the picture), walk through the floors and immediately see which apartments are for sale and all their characteristics. Also, for ease of use, we have added a pop-up “callback request”.
Thanks to the efforts of our team, the site has become logically structured and beautiful. But we consider the greatest achievement to be the attractiveness and thoughtfulness of the site, as a result of which the client has increased sales, and this is the most obvious and easy to measure quality indicator.
