It’s cool when you can see a new housing estate in an app, even when it’s not built. For example, as in the apps for MERIDIAN HOUSING ESTATE and MANHATTAN HOUSING ESTATE. But you can make the client experience even more exciting — give the opportunity to go inside. How to do it without VR glasses?
We adapted the idea of the HOUSING ESTATE PROJECT IN VR to the format of a mobile app. A bank card was used as an AR marker.
In the app, a user can walk through the entire housing estate from the outside and get inside each section.
We show the planning of each floor and parameters of the apartments. You can explore each apartment in cross-section, even see an example of interior design and furniture arrangement.
There is always up-to-date information about the availability of apartments. The app synchronizes with the Ecosystem of the real estate developer. The data is updated in real time.
The project was launched in 2018 and helped the client
sell apartments in a new residential complex.
